Thanks to earlier civilizations, our generation has been blessed with the options to choose from a variety of instruments for music education. The piano became the most popular instrument to learn beginning in the late 17th century and still survives to this day. Our studio believes that learning the piano encourages concentration and self-discipline, traits that are vital in the process of child development. Other traits include the development of intellectual, emotional, physical, behavioral, social, and sensory skills. The chief function of attaining these skills is to bring out the concepts of developing the mind, the body and the soul. The piano and its beautiful sound is used as a form of healing & therapy especially for those who are suffering from depression or stroke. Our studio contends to popularize the piano in today's society in hopes to influence the upcoming generation.
OUR MISSION
The purpose of the "Alcazar Piano Studio" is to pursue piano education privately and offer these services to those who strive to become piano virtuosos, in hopes that the art of the piano will continue to flourish and grow in popularity in the future. Our goal is to make the search for quality piano lessons convenient and affordable.
The Alcazar Piano Studio is in the business of offering piano lessons and piano theory classes to consumers who wish to become educated in the fundamentals of piano and music. The mission of the studio is not only to unite the local community through the study and practice of music, but also to express to the public the importance of music involvement and education in the community. Piano and music education also improves intellectual, emotional, physical/behavioral, social, sensory skills as well as self-confidence. The ultimate goal of the studio is to promote these skills in order for the student to advance to the level they aspire . The studio strives to be used as an example and inspiration to other musical entrepreneurs in hopes to create an expansion in music/piano education as an art. The Alcazar Piano Studio is a business that brings consumers together as musicians and teachers to create a positive, peaceful and musical environment.
